采用离体血管环的方法对长期服用非亚型特异性拟多巴胺类药物左旋多巴后大鼠主动脉平滑肌中多巴胺受体两亚型（ＤＡ１，ＤＡ２）的变化进行了观察。结果显示：长期服用左旋多巴后大鼠主动脉平滑肌中多巴胺受体两亚型（ＤＡ１，ＤＡ２）均显著下调，但一定时间后受体有回升趋势。
The changes of dopamine receptor subtypes (DA1, DA2) in rat aortic smooth muscle after long-term administration of non-subtype-specific pseudodopamine levodopa were observed using isolated vascular rings. The results showed that dopamine receptor subtypes (DA1 and DA2) in rat aortic smooth muscle were significantly down-regulated after prolonged administration of levodopa, but the receptors tended to rise after a certain period of time.
