水电工程建设涉及面广、专业性强、历时周期长、投资大,其建设过程是一项庞杂的系统工程,受工期、质量、资源、投资等制约条件较多,如何有效地进行工程造价管理与投资控制一直是建设单位高度关注的问题。从工程招标、合同商签、计量支付、变更索赔、竣工结算、价差管理、造价分析等方面出发,详细阐述了水电工程项目实施阶段工程造价管理与控制的方法和措施。
The construction of hydropower projects involves a wide range of areas with a high degree of professionalism and a long period of time and a large investment.
