无毒西洋梨优良品系(C_4、C_5、C_6、C_(10))是近年来欧美新选育的,既保持了原有西洋梨(烟台梨、巴梨)的果肉细腻,香甜可口,肉质白色,石细胞少的优异品质,而又外观艳丽,耐贮运,在常温下存放20d变软后仍能保鲜数日,不腐烂、恒温库可存放4个月,比现有的西洋梨明显提高了耐贮运能力,商品价值大大提高。本试验利用现代组织培养快繁技术,对无毒西洋梨试管苗快繁的有关技术问题进行了研究,为此品系的快繁推广,推动我市西洋梨生产发展奠定了基础。 一、材料与方法

In this study, we used modern tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques to study the technical problems related to rapid propagation of non-toxic plantlets in vitro, which laid the foundation for the rapid propagation of the strains and the promotion of the production and development of the pear in the city.
