HLC-PE水泥基灌浆有机塑性膨胀剂是由水泥塑性阶段水解发气反应物经特殊工艺处理制成,能够提供水泥水化初期塑性膨胀特性的一种产品。当其掺量为水泥用量1%~3%时,能保证各类水泥基灌浆材料满足GB/T50448-2008《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》对3h、24h竖向膨胀性能要求。消泡剂对其膨胀性能无影响;HLC-PE与硫铝酸钙膨胀剂复合使用可有效防止各类水泥基灌浆材料早期及后期收缩,有效保证灌浆质量。
HLC-PE cement-based grouting organic plastic expanders is a product made of a special process of hydrolyzed gas-generating reactants in the plastic phase of cement to provide the initial plastic expansion characteristics of cement hydration. When the dosage is 1% ~ 3% of cement, it can ensure that all kinds of cement-based grouting material can meet the vertical expansion performance requirements of GB / T50448-2008 “Cement-based Grouting Materials Application Technical Specifications” for 3h and 24h. Defoaming agent has no effect on its expansion performance; HLC-PE and calcium sulfoaluminate expansion agent can effectively prevent the early and late shrinkage of various cement-based grouting materials and effectively ensure grouting quality.
