硬水铝石铝土矿是主要的铝资源之一。中国大部分硬水铝石型铝土矿的低铝硅比 (<6)使得必须进行物理提纯才能利用这类丰富的铝资源。过去 3年在研制反浮选工艺以提高中国硬水铝石铝土矿的铝硅比至 10以上方面 ,取得了明显的进展 ,从而使这类铝土矿能用作拜耳法原料。本评述概述了中国硬水铝石矿石反浮选的基本认识和工艺开发方面的进展 ,文中首先叙述了硬水铝石矿石主要组分的晶体结构 ,接着讨论了黏土脉石矿物的有效捕收剂和硬水铝石的抑制剂。
Diaspore bauxite is one of the major aluminum sources. The low Al-Si ratio (<6) for most of China’s diaspore bauxites necessitates physical purification to take advantage of this abundant aluminum resource. In the past three years, significant progress has been made in the development of an anti-flotation process to increase the Al-Si ratio of China’s diaspore bauxite to more than 10 so that such bauxite can be used as raw material for Bayer process. This review presents an overview of the basic knowledge and progress in process development of the anti-flotation of diaspore in China. In this paper, the crystal structure of the main components of the diaspore ore is described first. Then, the effective collector of clay gangue minerals and Diaspore inhibitor.
