针对我国金矿资源特征、储量、产量、市场与消费结构以及资源开采与生态安全等方面的形势进行了系统分析,指出我国金矿资源开发利用中存在着:资源总储量有限,年产量过大且后备资源短缺,消费结构不合理,重视经济效益轻视生态安全等问题。并针对性提出:加强地质勘探,提升选冶技术;控制年产量,计划性开采;提倡理性消费;塑造绿色节约型发展模式等对策和建议。
According to the systematic analysis on the characteristics of gold resources, reserves, production, market and consumption structure, resource exploitation and ecological security in China, it is pointed out that there are some problems in the development and utilization of gold resources in our country, such as limited resource reserves, excessive annual output And the shortage of reserve resources, the irrational structure of consumption, emphasis on economic benefits and contempt for ecological security and other issues. And pointedly pointed out: to strengthen geological prospecting, improve the technology of dressing and smelting; control the annual output and planned exploitation; promote the rational consumption; and create the green and economical development mode and other countermeasures and suggestions.
