根据正痘病毒属血凝素基因保守区设计了一对引物,建立了鼠痘病毒的聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测法.结果表明,扩增产物长度为846BP,经限制性内切酶分析证实为鼠痘病毒.用本法可检出0.1PG鼠痘病毒基因.“,”The method of PCR for detection of infectious ectromelia (Ect) virus was established by a set of consensus sequence primers.The results showed that the PCR amplified product was 846 bp and verified as Ect virus by restriction endonuclease analysis,and that the method could detect Ect virus gene even at the level of 0.1pg.
