建立 度烫伤动物模型 ,采用 HE和甲苯胺蓝染色观察烫伤创面中肉芽组织、胶原纤维变化以及肥大细胞 (MC)形态和数量的改变.以探讨肥大细胞在创面愈合中的作用及其可能机制.结果发现烫伤后 MC存在不同程度的脱颗粒.烫伤后 2 4h MC数量开始减少 ,3d后减至最低值 ;随后 MC数量逐渐增加 ,至 2 8d时增至最高值 ;以后 MC数量再次下降.烫伤后 3d,创面边缘和底部有少量肉芽组织生长 ,1 4d时 ,早期形成肉芽组织的区域可见部分胶原纤维.结果提示烫伤后 MC数量的变化分为 3个阶段 ;烫伤创面愈合中MC的变化与肉芽组织生长和胶原纤维形成有关.“,”To study the morphological and quantitative changes of mast cell (MC) in scalding wound healing, the full thickness scalding model were established in rats.The HE and Toluidine blue stain were used to detect the changes of MC in morphology and quantity, granulation tissue, and collagen fibers. The results showed that MC was degranulated in different degree after scalding. The quantity of MC decreased 24 hours later and reached the lowest level on the 3rd day. Then the quantity of MC increased gradually and reached the highest level on the 28th day. After that the quantity of MC decreased again. A little granulation tissue grew in the bottom and edge of the wound at 3 days after scalding. On the 14th day ,the collagen fibers were found in the area of granulation tissue formed in the earlier stage. These findings suggest that there are three stages in the quantitative change of MC after scalding in rats, and the development of granulation tissue and collagen fibers is correlated with the changes of MC in the wound healing.
