做好分流下岗职工的工作关键是要针对他们中存在的思想问题和不正常的心态,加强思想政治工作,引导他们转变观念,走出择业误区,进而在市场经济大潮中,找到适合自已的位置。当前应抓好几方面的工作。 一、加强党的十五大精神和建设有中国特色社会主义理论的宣传教育。用十五大精神和邓小平理论统一职工思想,指导实践能有力地促使职工解放思想、转变观念。要通过多种形式的宣传教育,让干部职工明确,改革是强国的必由之路;社会主义的优越性并非体现在劳动者就业的终身制上;分流下岗并非“主人翁地位”的失落,
The key to doing well the work of diverting laid-off workers is to find out the suitable position for themselves in the light of the tide of market economy by aiming at their existing ideological problems and abnormal psychology, strengthening their ideological and political work, guiding them to change their concepts and go out of career misunderstandings. At present, we should do a good job in several fields. First, to strengthen the spirit of the 15th National Party Congress and to build the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics advocacy education. We should unify the thinking of staff and workers with the spirit of the 15th CPC Congress and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and guide practice to effectively encourage staff and workers to emancipate their minds and change their concepts. Through various forms of publicity and education, it is imperative for cadres and workers to make it clear that reform is the only way to strengthen the country; the superiority of socialism is not reflected in the tenure system for the employment of laborers; and the separation and lay-off is not the loss of “the status of masters”
