9月14日,环境保护部与世界银行在北京联合召开了中国含氢氯氟烃(HCFCs)生产行业淘汰计划实施启动大会暨国际臭氧层保护日宣传活动。根据计划,今年底我国HCFCs生产应冻结到基线年(即2009~2010年)的平均水平;到2015年,在基线基础上削减10%;到2020年和2025年分别削减基线水平的35%和67.5%;到2030年实现完全淘汰。通过该计划的实施,至2030年前,我国将累计减少430万吨以上的HCFCs生产和排放,同时累计减少约80亿吨二氧化碳当量排放。
On September 14, the MEP and the World Bank jointly held a kick-off meeting to kick off the implementation of the phase-out plan for HCFC production in China and promote the International Ozone Layer Day in Beijing.
