谷子粒作培养基,比棉籽皮或木屑作培养基,菌丝比满瓶的时间短、转接袋数多,菌种分散性好,成本低。河北省食用菌研究所谷子粒菌种在金针菇、平菇、香菇、灰树花等食用菌生产上取得了成功。(一)制作方法1.配方。谷子粒90%,棉籽皮8%,石膏1%,石灰1%,含水量45%。2.预煮。称好谷子粒放入锅中加水,超过谷子粒4-5厘米为宜,开锅后再煮8分钟左右。此时谷子粒已充分吸水而未破肚,这是预煮的最佳程度,然后把谷子粒捞出,控出水放于大盆中。煮好的谷子粒含水量约45%。3.装瓶。把石灰、石膏直接加入煮好的谷子粒中,棉籽皮需经预湿(含水量同常规培养基)。将几种原料充分拌匀。谷子粒菌种瓶应选用750毫升菌种瓶或500毫米的酒瓶。谷子粒装到瓶子的一半或稍多一些,不宜过多。750毫升菌种瓶装100克干料,白酒瓶装80克干料。瓶口用湿布清理干净,塞上棉塞,棉塞要松紧合适,棉塞外面再用一层牛皮纸包住。4.灭菌,摇、接种。灭菌时间比常规培养基稍长
