本文提出了对汽车钢圈整体结构在多种工况下应力分析的一种有限元计算方法。对于5J13型钢圈在承受亢气压力及垂直负载时,用这种理论计算得到的轮輞横截面上应力分布曲线和沿周向应力分布曲线,与国内外大量实验所获得的曲线趋势完全一致。因此,对车轮钢圈在各种工况下进行应力分析时,这种有限元计算方法比用简化成轴对称结构进行近似计算的传统方法,更为精确、更为切实可行。
This paper presents a finite element method for the stress analysis of the automotive steel ring structure under various working conditions. For the 5J13 steel ring subjected to hyperactive gas pressure and vertical load, the stress distribution curves and the circumferential stress distribution curves of the rim cross section obtained by this theory are completely consistent with those obtained from a large number of experiments at home and abroad. Therefore, this method of finite element calculation is more accurate and feasible than the traditional method of approximate calculation using axisymmetric structure simplifying the wheel rims under various working conditions.
