目的观察酒精松解术联合自体角膜缘结膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对25例(27只眼)复发性翼状胬肉施行酒精松解术联合翼状胬肉切除及自体角膜缘结膜移植术。结果随访3～12个月,平均8个月。随访期有2只眼复发,复发率为7.41%(2/27)。结论酒精松解术联合自体角膜缘结膜移植术可以提高治疗效果,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the efficacy of alcoholysis combined with limbal conjunctival autografting in the treatment of recurrent pterygium. Methods Twenty-five patients (27 eyes) with recurrent pterygium underwent alcoholysis combined with pterygium excision and limbal conjunctival autograft transplantation. The results were followed up for 3 to 12 months, an average of 8 months. During the follow-up period, 2 eyes recurred, with a recurrence rate of 7.41% (2/27). Conclusion Alcoholysis combined with limbal conjunctival autografting can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
