目的:分析道路交通伤的特点,探讨道路交通伤的院前抢救对策。方法:对我院急救中心2005-01/2007-12救治的道路交通伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果:道路交通伤多发伤多,死亡率高。结论:快速准确的伤情评估、有效的现场处理及有条不紊的安全护送是救治道路交通伤患者的关键。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of road traffic injuries and discuss the prehospital rescue measures of road traffic injuries. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on road traffic injuries in our emergency center from January 2005 to December 2007. Results: Road traffic injuries and more injuries, high mortality. Conclusion: Rapid and accurate assessment of injuries, effective on-site treatment and systematic escort are the keys to the treatment of road traffic injuries.
