用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察了水稻糊粉层的形成过程及其在种子萌发过程中的变化。结果表明:①糊粉层是由胚乳表层细胞吸收并积累矿质、脂类、蛋白质等物质后转化来的;糊粉层中积累的物质中有部分不能被种子萌发所利用。②糊粉层细胞富含线粒体,细胞壁较厚,质膜皱叠,具有吸收并向胚乳转移养分的功能。
The formation process of rice aleurone layer and its changes during seed germination were observed with light microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that: ①The aleurone layer was transformed by the endosperm cells absorbing and accumulating minerals, lipids and proteins. Some of the accumulated substances in the aleurone layer could not be utilized by the germination of the seeds. ② aleurone cells rich in mitochondria, thicker cell wall, the membrane wrinkled, with the absorption and transfer of nutrients to the endosperm function.
