日照市是座新兴的旅游港口城市,拥有蓝天、碧海、金沙等良好的自然资源。为迎接国际帆船比赛,展现日照人文特色,推动当地旅游展会业的发展,当地规划决定在原帆船比赛基地(万平口风景区)西侧建设座具有国际先进水平的酒店及公寓等服务设施,集休闲、度假、商务于体,与原有的帆船基地建设做到浑然体,成为日照海滨的名片。设计基地东侧面临大海,南距日照港公里,与灯塔风景区连为体。景区内有海水浴场、帆船比赛码头、万平广场和滨湖公园等景点,周边自然条件独特。因而设计组有景观价值的度假酒店成为了本项目的重要设计目标。
Rizhao City is a new tourist port city, with blue sky, blue sea, sand and other good natural resources. In order to meet the international sailing competition, to show the sunshine cultural characteristics and promote the development of the local tourism exhibition industry, the local planning decided to build the international advanced level hotel and apartment service facilities on the west side of the former sailing competition base (Wanpingkou Scenic Spot) , Holiday, business in the body, and the original sailing base to create a harmonious body, a Rizhao beach business card. The east side of the design base faces the sea and is kilometers away from Rizhao Port in the south. It is connected with the lighthouse scenic area as a body. Attractions within the beach, boat race sailing, Wanping Square and Lake Park attractions, the surrounding natural conditions unique. Therefore, the design team has the landscape value of the resort hotel has become an important design goal of the project.
