隰县地处偏僻山区,属黄土高原残塬沟壑区,水土流失严重,产量低而不稳。为使农业生产有后劲,十分重视农田基本建设。1982年以来连续四年共新建和整修基本农田3.2万亩。今年夏收前县委召开了各乡(镇)领导参加的会议,具体部署落实了夏季的基本农田建设任务。目前已有午城、水堤、塞子、后堰、黄土、北庄等乡上马,开设了以基本农田建设为中心的工程38处,上马劳力达2000余人,投入推土机和拖拉机20部,计划新修基本农田5000亩,整修1.2万亩。
Juxian County is located in the remote mountainous area, belonging to the gully area on the loess plateau in the Loess Plateau, with serious soil erosion and low yield and instability. In order to make the agricultural production sustainable, we attach great importance to farmland infrastructures. Since 1982, a total of 32,000 mu of basic farmland has been newly built and renovated for four consecutive years. Before the summer harvest, the county government convened a meeting attended by the leaders of all townships (towns) and implemented the tasks of building basic farmland in summer specifically. At present, there are 38 projects focusing on the construction of basic farmland, such as Wudian, Shuidi, plug, weir, weir, loess and Beizhuang. There are over 2000 workforce and 20 bulldozers and tractors, and plans to newly build 5000 acres of basic farmland, renovation 1.2 million mu.
