辽宁省新型农村合作医疗制度是一项为农民提供健康保障的惠民政策,是辽宁省根据党中央、国务院相关政策和意见做出的一项重大举措。该制度的建立在一定程度上缓解了农民“看病难”“看病贵”“看病烦”等问题,但在实际运行过程中仍存在一些阻碍和困难。因此,继续发展和完善辽宁省新农合制度,对新农村更好地开拓和建设具有不容忽视的重要意义。
