图形视诱发电位(Pattern VisualEvokeel Potentials,P-VEP)是眼接受图形(栅条、方格等)的刺激时,视路及大脑皮质枕区所产生的一系列电位变化。在视交叉病变的诊断、病情估计及预后推测中有比较肯定的价值。本文以三种空间频率的黑白方格作为视刺激,对26例鞍区占位病变的患者的52眼记录了P-VEP,比较了正常人的VEP 与视交叉损害之间的差异,并分析视交叉损害在不同空间频率时P-VEP 的表现以及最敏感的检出刺激条件,探讨P-VEP 振幅与患者视力的关系,现报告如下:
