近年,随着国学热的兴起,越来越多的人开始关注儒家价值观对于当代社会经济的影响和作用。目前关于儒家价值观对于企业创新的影响,还存在不同的观点。本文基于道德认同和伦理领导理论,以中盐金坛盐化有限责任公司为研究案例,探索了儒家价值观对于企业创新的作用机制。研究发现:公司领导层的儒家价值观会引发其儒家伦理领导,儒家伦理领导行为会推动企业实施社会责任活动,而企业社会责任活动最终促进企业创新。
In recent years, with the rise of NSL, more and more people are beginning to pay attention to the influence and function of Confucian values on the contemporary social economy. At present there are different views on the impact of Confucian values on business innovation. Based on the moral identity and ethical leadership theory, this paper explores the role of Confucian values in the innovation of enterprises based on the case of China Salt Jintan Salt Chemical Co., Ltd. as a case study. The study found that: the Confucian values of the leadership of the company will lead to its Confucian ethical leadership, Confucian ethical leadership behavior will promote the implementation of corporate social responsibility activities, and corporate social responsibility ultimately promote business innovation.
