唯有兴趣才能激发一个人的潜能,而潜能能够使人创造出不可估量的成就。“问渠哪得清如许,唯有源头活水来。”为了使兴趣持久常新、如那潺潺的流水,就必须要有“活水”来补充和激发,在音乐教学中的“活水”就是“成就感”。兴趣和成就感是相辅相成、相互作用的关系。在普通高中音乐教学中,要提高音乐课的教学质量,就必须充分认识和运用这两种关系。
