2016年10月9日下午,习近平在中共中央政治局第三十六次集体学习时强调,当今世界,网络信息技术日新月异,全面融入社会生产生活,深刻改变着全球经济格局、利益格局、安全格局。世界主要国家都把互联网作为经济发展、技术创新的重点,把互联网作为谋求竞争新优势的战略方向。我们要统一思想、提高认识,加强战略规划和统筹,加快推进各项工作。
On the afternoon of October 9, 2016, during the 36th collective study conducted by the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, Xi Jinping emphasized that in today’s world, with the ever-changing network information technology and its full integration into the social life and production, profound changes have been made in the global economic pattern, interest pattern and security pattern . The major countries in the world regard the Internet as the focus of economic development and technological innovation and regard the Internet as the strategic direction for seeking new competitive advantages. We must unify our thinking, raise our awareness, strengthen strategic planning and co-ordination, and speed up our work.
