哈尔科夫工学院设计和制造的仪器具有高度的灵敏度、精度和使用上的可靠性,而且结构比较简单。在测量和记录振用的仪器(图1)的壳体1上有一个通孔,杆2以动配合在其中移动。杆上有斜槽,弹性测量薄片3的一端插在斜槽中。薄片的另一端插在仪器壳体的槽中。薄片是由薄钢板制成,宽度呈稜状,其纵向弯曲应力相同。薄片上贴了4 个电阻丝应变片4 ,它们连接成一个测量电桥。利用放大器向电桥供电和放大测量电流。
The instruments designed and manufactured by Kharkov Institute of Technology have a high degree of sensitivity, accuracy and reliability in use, and the structure is relatively simple. There is a through hole in the housing 1 of the instrument for measuring and recording vibrations (Fig. 1), in which the rod 2 moves in a positive fit. There is a chute on the rod, and one end of the elasticity measurement sheet 3 is inserted in the chute. The other end of the sheet is inserted into the groove of the instrument housing. The sheet is made of a thin steel plate, the width of which is prismatic, and the longitudinal bending stress is the same. Four resistive wire strain gauges 4 are attached to the sheet and they are connected as a measuring bridge. Use an amplifier to power the bridge and amplify the current measurement.
