在現代国防工业、机械制造与仪器制造业中常采用一些新的合金材料,这类合金具有耐磨、耐热和强抗腐性;但硬度高、韌性大、导热差,加工极困难。苏联等人在阳极-机械加工(一般只用于切割材料)的基础上发展了“阳极車削法”(作者专利№157598),用此法预“車”工件毛坯,可使它留下最小的精加工余量。“阳极車削”是电蝕加工法的一种,它的原理与阳极-机械加工类似;工件2(图1)安装于两頂尖間井与直流电源正极相連,鋼片1与負极相連。在工件与鋼片間隙处注入电解液(常用水玻璃胶液:Na_2O·nSiO_2+mH_2O)。
In the modern defense industry, machinery manufacturing and equipment manufacturing industry often use some new alloy materials, these alloys have wear-resistant, heat-resistant and strong corrosion resistance; but high hardness, toughness, poor heat transfer, processing extremely difficult. The Soviet Union and others developed the “anode turning method” (Patent No. 157598) on the basis of anode-machining (usually only for cutting materials). By this method, the “car” workpiece blank can be left as a minimum Finishing allowance “Anodic turning” is a kind of electric erosion machining. Its principle is similar to anode-machining. Workpiece 2 (Fig. 1) is installed between two centers and connected to the positive pole of DC power supply. Steel sheet 1 is connected to the negative pole. In the workpiece and the gap between the electrolyte into the gap (commonly used water glass glue: Na_2O · nSiO_2 + mH_2O).
