本文研究了不同工艺条件下所获得的合金化热镀锌钢板的镀层结构及其耐蚀性、涂着性和机械加工性的关系,并总结提出了判断镀层合金化度的方法。在工业性试生产中获得了综合性能良好的合金化热镀锌钢板,与普通镀锌钢板和A3钢板的对比试验表明,合金化热镀锌钢板具有优越的耐蚀性和涂着性,预计在建筑、车辆制造等方面的应用具有广阔的前景。
In this paper, the relationship between coating structure, corrosion resistance, coating property and machinability of alloyed galvanized steel sheets obtained under different technological conditions was studied. A method to determine the alloying degree of the coating was also proposed. In the industrial pilot production obtained a good overall performance of the alloyed galvanized steel, galvanized steel and ordinary steel compared with the A3 test showed that the alloyed galvanized steel has excellent corrosion resistance and coating, is expected In the construction, vehicle manufacturing and other aspects of the application has broad prospects.
