教师是实现“中国梦”不可缺少的一支重要生力军,培养高素质的社会主义建设者和接班人离不开教师。能否在实现中国梦的进程中,培养出既坚持社会主义方向,又具有现代化科学文化知识和把科学文化知识转变为现实生产力的能力的人才,在很大程度上取决于我国教师对时代使命的认识,取决于教师的政治素养、道德素质、业务能力和所塑造的师表形象。基于这样的认识,笔者认为可用“红、爱、严、端、忍、博、精、勤、逊、公”十个字来解读师表形象的内涵。红,是指教师职业道德中的政治内涵,也是教师职业道德体系的核心。具体地说,红就是要求教师要热爱中国
