注蒸汽开采稠油,通常使用干度不大于0.8的温饱和蒸汽,这是由于地面蒸汽发生设备的限制。而从加热油层角度出发,则希望注入高干度的蒸汽。利用常规蒸汽发生器注干饱和汽,地面流程固然要进行适当改造,但它与注湿饱和汽比较,可使地面流量测量及分配问题简单得多。本文提出了使用常规蒸汽发生器进行注干饱和蒸汽的一种地面流程,并以实例分析和预测了改注干蒸汽后蒸汽参数的变化。计算结果表明,改注干汽效果不会明显降低。
Steam injection Heavy oil production. Normally saturated steam with a dryness of not more than 0.8 is used, due to the limitations of ground steam generation equipment. From the point of view of heating the oil layer, it is desirable to inject high-level steam. The use of a conventional steam generator to dry the saturated steam, although the surface flow should be properly modified, but it compared with humidified saturated steam, ground flow measurement and distribution problems can be much simpler. In this paper, a kind of ground flow of dry saturated steam using a conventional steam generator is proposed. The steam parameters change after dry steam injection is analyzed and predicted by an example. The calculation results show that the effect of re-injection of dry steam will not be significantly reduced.
