NVA是我院应化系油田化学研究室研制的一种新型降失水剂。通过这种处理剂的复配方案,对3种水泥浆进行了降失水能力的研究工作,选出了最佳复配方案,使水泥浆的失水最小,其他性能均达到处1500m的固井水泥浆的要求。另外,对水泥浆在流动状态下的动失水进行了探讨,取得了一些有关水泥浆动失水的新认识,为今后进一步研究保护油层的水泥浆提供了新的方法。
NVA is a new type of fluid loss agent developed by our department’s Chemistry Laboratory. Through the compounding scheme of this treatment agent, the research work on the loss-of-water capability of the three kinds of grout has been carried out, and the optimal compounding scheme has been selected so as to minimize the water loss of the grout and achieve other properties of 1500m Well grout requirements. In addition, the dynamic loss of water in the flowing state of the cement slurry is discussed, and some new understandings about the water loss of the cement slurry are obtained, which provides a new method for further studying and protecting the cement slurry of the oil layer.
