目的 :探讨如何提高异位妊娠超声诊断水平。方法 :分析 136例经手术证实的异位妊娠的超声表现。结果 :136例患者中 12 1例有阳性。结论 :超声对于异位妊娠是一种有效的诊断方法 ,具有较高的临床应用价值。结合临床仔细观察图象十分重要。
Objective: To explore how to improve the ultrasonic diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Echocardiographic findings of 136 surgically-proven ectopic pregnancies were analyzed. Results: Of the 136 patients, 121 were positive. Conclusion: Ultrasound is an effective diagnostic method for ectopic pregnancy, with high clinical value. It is very important to observe the image carefully with clinical observation.
