已知住院患者的急性肾功能不全与Ｘ线造影剂性肾病（ＰＫＨ）发展有关（约１０％）。本文就胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（иＨＣＡ）伴糖尿病性肾病（дＨ）时ＰＫＨ发展的危险因素作一介绍。材料与方法：共调查１９例иＨＣд伴дＨ患者，年龄为５６～６８（平均６４－２±３－７）岁?
It is known that acute renal insufficiency in hospitalized patients is associated with the development of X-ray contrast nephropathy (PKH) (about 10%). This article presents the risk factors for PKH development in insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (иHCA) with diabetic nephropathy (дH). Materials and Methods: A total of 19 patients with иHCд with дH were enrolled, aged 56-68 (average 64-2 ± 3-7) years old.
