用非等温热重法并以碘量法辅助研究了固态含铜硫化物和氧化物直接生产粗铜的反应动力学。实验结果表明该反应始于723K,而到1373K完成,反应分两段进行。根据温度与时间的关系导出了非线性升温的固相反应动力学方程。
The kinetics of direct production of blister copper from solid copper-containing sulfides and oxides was investigated using non-isothermal thermogravimetry and iodometric methods. The experimental results show that the reaction starts at 723K, and to 1373K to complete the reaction in two stages. Based on the relationship between temperature and time, the kinetic equation of solid state reaction with nonlinear heating was derived.
