目的:探讨血清TNF-α和IL-6与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病的相关性。方法:采用放射免疫法(RIA)检测血清TNF-α、IL-6及胰岛素水平,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测血糖水平,采用化学发光法检测血清甾体激素水平。结果:PCOS组血清TNF-α水平明显高于对照组,且与血清IL-6水平呈明显正相关,与胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)呈明显负相关,与睾酮(T)和雄烯二酮(A2)水平呈正相关,在两组中均与BMI呈明显正相关;PCOS组血清IL-6水平明显高于对照组,且与空腹胰岛素(FIN)水平呈明显正相关,与ISI呈明显负相关,在两组中均与BMI呈正相关。结论:血清TNF-α、IL-6都与P-COS的发病有关,TNF-α可能主要通过影响外周组织对胰岛素的敏感性和导致局部雄激素水平升高来发挥作用,IL-6主要与IR有关,TNF-α和IL-6有协同作用,能加重PCOS病情的发生、发展。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum TNF-α and IL-6 and the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and insulin were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Glucose oxidase was used to detect blood glucose levels. Serum steroid hormone levels were measured by chemiluminescence. Results: Serum levels of TNF-α in PCOS group were significantly higher than those in control group, and were positively correlated with serum IL-6 level and negatively correlated with insulin sensitivity index (ISI) ), And positively correlated with BMI in both groups. Serum IL-6 level in PCOS group was significantly higher than that in control group, and was positively correlated with fasting insulin (FIN) level and negatively correlated with ISI, BMI was positively correlated with both groups. CONCLUSIONS: Serum TNF-α and IL-6 are both associated with the pathogenesis of P-COS. TNF-α may play a role mainly through affecting the sensitivity of peripheral tissues to insulin and leading to the increase of local androgen levels. IL-6 is mainly associated with IR, TNF-α and IL-6 have synergistic effects, can aggravate the occurrence and development of PCOS disease.
