Chen Kailiang is the vice president of Beijing Ballroom Dance School, the director of Beijing Aerobics Dance Association and the lecturer of full body aerobics. Through years of practice, he has compiled a series of leisure and peaceful dance for middle-aged and old people (currently being broadcast on television stations of various provinces and cities). Recently, I have some issues of concern to middle-aged and elderly friends. The author interviewed teacher Chen.
