目的:研究芹菜甲素对D-半乳糖所致小鼠学习记忆能力下降和各项衰老指标的对抗作用,以期探讨芹菜甲素的抗衰老作用机制。方法:以D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠为实验对象,以其体质量、免疫器官质量,脑丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)和脂褐素(lipofusion,LF)的含量,全血谷胱苷肽过氧化氢酶(GSH-PX)、红细胞过氧化氢酶(CAT)和脑中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力为指标,全面考察芹菜甲素的抗衰老作用。结果:芹菜甲素(20,40mg.kg-1,ig),能对抗连续6周给D-半乳糖[5%,0.25mL.(10g)-1]所致小鼠脑组织中MDA、LF含量的升高,提高全血GSH-PX、红细胞CAT和脑中SOD的活力,并对抗小鼠体质量、脾脏及胸腺指数下降。结论:芹菜甲素能有效地对抗D-半乳糖所致的小鼠多项衰老指标的出现,促进衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antagonistic effects of apigenin on the ability of D-galactose-induced decline in learning and memory and various aging indexes in order to explore the anti-aging mechanism of apigenin. METHODS: The D-galactose senile model mice were used as experimental subjects, and their body mass, immune organ quality, content of brain malondialdehyde (MDA) and lipofuscin (lipofusion, LF), and whole blood glutathione were measured. The activity of peptide catalase (GSH-PX), erythrocyte catalase (CAT), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the brain was used as an index to examine the anti-aging effects of celeryone. RESULTS: Apigenin (20,40 mg.kg-1, ig) was able to fight MDA and LF in brain tissue of mice induced by D-galactose [5%, 0.25 mL. (10 g)-1] for 6 consecutive weeks. The increase of the content increased the activity of whole blood GSH-PX, erythrocyte CAT, and SOD in the brain, and decreased the body weight, spleen, and thymus index of mice. Conclusion: Apigenin can effectively counteract the appearance of multiple aging markers in mice induced by D-galactose and promote the learning and memory ability of aging mice.
