本文测定和解析了十三种单环β-内酰胺类化合物的质谱峰图,对该化合物质谱碎片峰与β-内酰胶酶抑制活性之间的关系进行了讨论。结果表明:无活性和几无活性的化合物均含有M/Z(117+R′-1)的离子峰,而有活性的化合物,则无此峰。
In this paper, the peaks and peaks of the 13 monocyclic β-lactams were measured and analyzed. The relationship between the peaks of these compounds and the β-lactamase inhibition activity was also discussed. The results show that both inactive and inactive compounds contain an ion peak of M / Z (117 + R’-1), while active compounds have no peak.
