伴随着我国经济社会的发展和进步,在实际生产和工作中对于远距离的管道的焊接质量的好坏将直接影响到管道的好坏与工作是否能够顺利的进行。随着我国天然气等液体资源的开掘和运输,管道的工程运输变得越来越多,那么相应的管道的距离也变得越来越长,因为我国的管道基本铺设在北方等地区。在进行管道铺设时,因为冬季时气温较低就会给管道的铺设工程造成大量的阻碍。那么在远距离的管道铺设工程中,对于管道的焊接时非常重要的,是关系到整个管道工程质量好坏的标准之一。
With the development and progress of economy and society in our country, the quality of welding for long-distance pipelines in actual production and work will directly affect whether the pipelines work well and whether the work can be smoothly carried out. As China’s natural gas and other liquid resources digging and transportation, pipeline engineering transportation has become more and more, then the corresponding pipe distance has become longer and longer, because our pipeline basically laid in the north and other regions. In the pipeline laying, because of the winter when the temperature is low will cause a lot of obstacles to the pipeline laying project. So in the long-distance pipe laying project, the pipe welding is very important, is related to the quality of the entire pipeline project one of the standards.
