随着我国全面推进依法治国的方针政策,培育公民法治意识应当成为中国社会面向未来发展的研究主题之一。培育公民法治意识,更需要有效路径。本文针对当代中国公民法治意识较为淡薄的实际,从法制意识、法治精神和道德三个方面来探讨它们同依法治国的联系,对如何培育中国法治的心理根基提出建议。
As our country comprehensively promotes the principles and policies of governing the country according to law, fostering the awareness of citizens on the rule of law should become one of the research topics for the future development of Chinese society. Cultivate citizens’ awareness of the rule of law needs more effective ways. Aiming at the fact that contemporary Chinese citizens have a weak awareness of the rule of law, this article probes into their connection with the rule of law from the perspective of legal awareness, the spirit of the rule of law and suggestions on how to cultivate the psychological foundation of Chinese rule of law.
