在博莱霉素诱导的肺损伤中,肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)出现明显的形态学改变,用扫描电镜和透射电镜研究博莱霉素A_6(BLM A_6)对离体正常大鼠AM和764-3预处理的AM的影响,结果发现,正常AM在BLM A_6作用下,细胞铺展呈扁平状,膜皱褶疏密不均,伪足增多,胞质内可见大量空泡状结构,溶酶体显著增多。而经764-3预处理过的AM在BLM A_6作用后,上述形态学变化明显减轻.研究结果提示BLM A_6对AM有活化作用,764-3则明显地抑制AM对BLM A_6的反应,为防治BLM A_6引起的肺损伤提供实验依据。
In bleomycin-induced lung injury, alveolar macrophages (AM) showed obvious morphological changes. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to study the effect of BLM A_6 on the expression of AM and 764 -3 pretreatment of AM, the results showed that the normal AM in BLM A_6 role, the cells spread flattened, the membrane folds uneven density, pseudopodia increased cytoplasm can be seen a large number of vacuolar structure, lysosomal Body significantly increased. However, the morphological changes of AM after 764-3 pretreatment with BLM A_6 were significantly attenuated.The results suggested that BLM A_6 could activate AM and 764-3 inhibited AM response to BLM A_6, BLM A_6 induced lung injury provide experimental evidence.
