2013-2015年许昌市市售膨化食品中铝含量监测结果分析

目的通过对许昌市2013-2015年食品安全风险的监测,了解许昌市市售膨化食品中铝的污染状况,为进行膨化食品中铝的安全风险评估及制定相应的管理方案提供依据。方法根据河南省食品污染物监测计划要求,选择许昌市超市、农贸市场及学校周边小商铺等作为监测点,随机采集膨化食品119份,用微波消解对样品进行消化处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行铝含量的检测。结果 2013-2015年3年共监测样品119份,铝的检出范围为1.45~266 mg/kg,总检出率为82.4%,超标率为6.7%,年间超标率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.21,P>0.05)。不同销售地点的样品超标率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=21.41,P<0.005);散装样品、简易包装样品比定型包装样品超标率高,超标率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.14,P<0.005)。结论许昌市市售膨化食品中存在一定的铝污染,监管部门应加强对膨化食品中含铝添加剂的使用并进行相应的技术指导和监管。 Objective To monitor the food safety risk in Xuchang City from 2013 to 2015, to understand the pollution status of aluminum in the expanded puffed food in Xuchang City, and to provide the basis for the safety risk assessment of aluminum in puffed food and to formulate the corresponding management plan. Methods According to the requirements of food contamination monitoring program in Henan Province, Xuchang Supermarket, farmer’s market and small shops around the school were selected as monitoring points. 119 samples of puffed food were randomly collected. Samples were digested with microwave digestion and analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry Law for the detection of aluminum content. Results A total of 119 samples were monitored over the three years from 2013 to 2015. The detection range of aluminum was 1.45-266 mg / kg. The total detection rate was 82.4% and the over-standard rate was 6.7%. There was no significant difference between the years of over- χ ~ 2 = 3.21, P> 0.05). The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 21.41, P <0.005). The over-standard rates of bulk samples and simple-packaging samples were higher than those of the stereotyped packaging samples, 24.14, P <0.005). Conclusion Xuchang City, there are some puffed food in the aluminum contamination, regulatory authorities should strengthen the use of aluminum-containing additives in puffed food and the corresponding technical guidance and supervision.
