CZZ-700型凿岩机套管是该机钻杆的连接零件。材料是低碳钢,我们采用渗碳、淬火、回火工艺,结果使用寿命太低(只有8小时),严重地影响了钻机的使用效率。为了提高套管的质量,延长使用寿命,我厂三结合小分队深入现场调查了解,发现套管都是在两端开裂而报废。我们分析了套管的受力情况,认为开裂是张应力造成的,原工艺只能强化套管的表面,对提高耐磨性是有利的,而横断面的应力分布不理想,尽管我们采取提高回火温度的方法,但效果不大。
CZZ-700 rock drill casing pipe is the connecting parts of the drill pipe. Material is mild steel, we use carburizing, quenching, tempering process, the results of life is too low (only 8 hours), seriously affecting the rig’s efficiency. In order to improve the quality of the casing and prolong the service life, the three plants of our company have conducted in-depth field investigation and learned that the casing is scrapped and cracked at both ends. We analyzed the stress of the casing, that the cracking is caused by tensile stress, the original process can only strengthen the surface of the casing, to improve the wear resistance is beneficial, and the cross-sectional stress distribution is not ideal, although we take to improve Tempering temperature method, but little effect.
