目的:观察蒙药生血康胶囊对实验性再生障碍性贫血的影响。方法:制备免疫介导型小鼠再障模型和复合因素诱导型再障大鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组,模型组,血康胶囊组(1g/kg),免疫介导型小鼠再障模型血康胶囊高、中、低剂量组(2.4、1.2、0.6g/kg)及复合因素诱导型再障大鼠血康胶囊高、中、低剂量组(1.6、0.80、0.4 g/kg),共服药15天,观察蒙药生血康胶囊对外周血WBC、RBC、HGB、RET,骨髓有核细胞,骨髓病理改变及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。结果:小鼠免疫介导型再障碍模型生血康组外周血WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、CD3+、CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+值及骨髓有核细胞数量均回升,与模型组比较有显著性差异;与血康胶囊组比较生血康胶囊组PLT、CD4+T细胞升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较生血康胶囊组骨髓活检形态学显示骨髓有核细胞增生活跃,脂肪细胞减少。大鼠复合因素诱导再障模型生血康胶囊组外周血WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、RET、骨髓有核细胞数量、CD3+、CD4+T细胞均回升、CD8+T细胞降低、CD4+/CD8+回升,与模型组比较有显著性差异。PLT、RET与血康组比较有显著性差异;与血康组比较生血康中剂量组HGB、PLT、RET,低剂量组PLT、RET升高,有显著性差异。与模型组比较生血康胶囊组骨髓活检形态学显示骨髓有核细胞增生增多,脂肪细胞明显减少。结论:生血康胶囊可能有较好的治疗再生障碍性贫血作用,改善细胞免疫是生血康胶囊治疗作用机理之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Shengxikang capsule on experimental aplastic anemia. Compared with the model group Shengxuekang capsule bone marrow biopsy morphology showed bone marrow nucleated cells hyperplasia, decreased fat cells. Rat model of compound-induced aplastic anemia (WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT, RET), the number of bone marrow nucleated cells, CD3 +, CD4 + T cells were all increased, CD8 + T cells were decreased and CD4 + / CD8 + Compared with the model group, there are significant differences. PLT, RET and Xuekang group were significantly different; compared with Xuekang group Shengxikangzhong dose HGB, PLT, RET, low dose group PLT, RET increased significantly. Compared with the model group Shengxikang capsule bone marrow biopsy morphology showed increased proliferation of bone marrow nucleated cells, adipocytes decreased significantly. Conclusion: Shengxuekang Capsule may have a better therapeutic effect on aplastic anemia. To improve cellular immunity is one of the mechanisms of action of Shengxukang Capsule.
