结合工程实践和理论研究,对挡座型3点吊挂/支撑转炉异响振动进行分析,并提出解决方案。通过有限元理论分析和工程测试,发现了该类转炉倾动过程中挡座接触面存在“交变弹性滑移”等现象,该现象是转炉产生异响、挡座接触面磨损的主要根源。提出了一种从根本上改进的方案——在大型转炉上采用4点连杆吊挂转炉的设计理论和方案,进行了有限元对比分析结果,该转炉设计基于结构弹性理论体系,将大幅度改善转炉运行水平并提高安全性。该技术已在最大出钢量达280t的转炉上实施。
Combined with engineering practice and theoretical research, the analysis of the abnormal vibration of the 3-point type suspension / support converter with block type and the solution are put forward.
