中国全球定位系统技术应用协会办公室主任王丽:从产业发展来说,刚才我讲了中国的前景和现状。从国家角度来说,很关注卫星导航。从95年说起,协会成立的时候,我们对卫星导航是自下而上自发的,国家支持力度很少。到2000年之后,卫星导航发展到和民用越来越近,和老百姓贴得越来越近,在协会和很多部门的呼吁下,在2000年,我们向政协呼吁,国家要从国家政策和国家各个方面给予支持。呼吁
