The different content of tungsten was added into the heat-resisting and heat-resisting steel. The effects of tungsten on the microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the heat-resisting steel were studied by microstructure observation, hardness test and room-temperature wear resistance test. The results show that the as-cast austenite + a small amount of ferrite + carbide in the as-cast microstructure of the wear-resistant and heat-resisting steel, the WC and W2C in the carbide are dispersed in the austenite grains in a granular form, the mass fraction of tungsten is 1.51 % Of the sample compared with the sample without tungsten, the hardness increased by 34.44%, wear resistance increased by 35.58%.
