研究了铝对HK40耐热钢组织和冲击性能的影响,并对冲击断口进行了观察和分析。结果表明,未添加铝和含铝量为1.68%的HK40耐热钢的组织由奥氏体和碳化物组成;含铝量为4.72%和7.10%时,组织中出现了大量颗粒状的γ′相。加入铝使合金的冲击功明显下降。加入铝量为1.68%的合金冲击功下降较少,为未加铝时的80.11%;加入铝量为4.72%和7.10%时,冲击功仅为未加铝时的33.51%和19.62%。
The effect of aluminum on the microstructure and impact properties of HK40 heat-resistant steel was studied. The impact fracture was observed and analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the HK40 heat-resistant steel without addition of aluminum and aluminum with the content of 1.68% consists of austenite and carbides. When the content of aluminum is 4.72% and 7.10%, a large amount of granular γ ’ phase. Adding aluminum makes the impact energy of the alloy decreased significantly. The impact energy of alloy with addition of 1.68% aluminum decreased less, which was 80.11% when aluminum was not added. The impact energy was only 33.51% and 19.62% when aluminum addition was 4.72% and 7.10% respectively.
