通过不同实验室多批采用固相微球分离技术,对T_3、T_4样品的有效剂量和质控样品的数据进行分析,说明采用固相微球分离,效果好、稳定性高。对提高放射免疫分析的质量有所裨益,是一种比较先进的分离技术。
Through the use of solid-phase microspheres separation technology in different batches of different laboratories, the effective dose of T_3 and T_4 samples and the data of quality control samples were analyzed. The results showed that the solid-phase microspheres were separated with good effect and high stability. To improve the quality of radioimmunoassay benefit, is a more advanced separation technology.
