目的全面了解泾县医疗卫生机构医务人员吸烟相关知识、态度、行为。方法使用统一问卷,采取现场问答与自填问卷调查方法相结合对泾县18家医疗卫生机构594名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果泾县医务人员现在吸烟率为26.4%,57.7%的医务人员存在被动吸烟,与吸烟有关的知识知晓率存在较大差异。结论加强医务人员吸烟行为干预和与吸烟有关危害知识的健康教育,开展拒绝被动吸烟技能培训,提高医务人员戒烟自觉性。
Objective To understand the smoking knowledge, attitudes and behavior among medical workers in Jingxian Medical Institutions. Methods Using a unified questionnaire, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 594 medical staffs in 18 medical and health institutions in Jing County by adopting the method of on-the-spot quiz and self-poll questionnaire. Results The current smoking rate of medical staff in Jing County was 26.4%, 57.7% of medical staff had passive smoking, and the awareness rate of smoking-related knowledge was quite different. Conclusion To strengthen the medical staffs smoking behavior intervention and the health education related to smoking knowledge, carry out the refusal of passive smoking skills training and improve the consciousness of smoking cessation among medical workers.
