患者,26岁,农民。因产后8月停经10周,左下腹部剧痛2天于1988年2月14日入院。患者8月前足月顺产一活男婴,母乳喂养,产后未采取任何避孕措施。产后末次月经1987年12月17日。停经后无妊娠反应。入院前3天中午12时食汤圆后突然发生左下腹部持续性刀割样痛,伴阵发性加剧,呕吐3次,均系胃内容物,后逐渐蔓延全腹,每于直立体位及左侧卧位时疼痛加剧,而屈体及右侧卧位时疼痛稍减轻,无发热及阴道流血。无剖宫产及其它手术史。

No pregnancy reaction after menopause. 3 days before admission at 12 o’clock in the afternoon after eating glutinous rice balls suddenly left lower abdomen persistent knife-like pain, accompanied by paroxysmal exacerbations, vomiting 3 times, are stomach contents, and gradually spread the whole belly, each upright position and left Pain was worse in the supine position, and pus and pain in the right lateral position were slightly relieved without fever and vaginal bleeding. No cesarean section and other surgical history.
