近年来,我国空间结构得到了很大的发展,结构类型也日益增多,其中用钢管做为空间钢结构的基本杆件,目前也较普遍,但是由于冶金部生产的钢管多用于机械制造、工业管道和支架等方面,仅在近十年来才广泛用于建筑结构。钢管做为建筑结构的基本杆件,主要承受拉力、压力、弯矩、剪力,个别部份还有应力集中现象,钢管性能的好坏,将直接影响结构的安全度。因此,对钢管物理力学性能的要求是比较高的,而目前我国生产的钢管,例如16锰无缝钢管,由于其生产工艺和检验方法等方面
In recent years, the spatial structure of our country has been greatly developed, and the type of structure has also been increasing. Among them, the use of steel pipes as the basic steel structure of the space steel structure is currently common, but the steel pipes produced by the Ministry of Metallurgy are mostly used for machinery manufacturing and industrial use. Pipelines and brackets, etc., have only been widely used in building structures in the past decade. As the basic structural members of steel structures, steel pipes are mainly subjected to tensile forces, pressures, bending moments, and shear forces. The individual parts also have stress concentration. The performance of steel pipes will directly affect the structural safety. Therefore, the requirements for the physical and mechanical properties of steel tubes are relatively high, and currently China’s production of steel tubes, such as 16-manganese seamless steel tubes, due to its production process and inspection methods, etc.
