本刊讯国家税务总局与美国林肯土地基金会共同举办的房地产税收国际研讨会,于2003年12月19日至20日在深圳召开。会议围绕着国际房地产税制、房地产评税、中国房地产税收的现状及发展趋势等问题,进行了专题发言和研讨。国家税务总局总经济师王力,美国林肯土地基金会董事会成员及教授出席了会议,总局地方税务管理司、国际税收合作司领导,香港差饷估 Our international tax seminar co-organized by the State Administration of Taxation and the Lincoln Land Foundation of the United States was held in Shenzhen from December 19 to December 20, 2003. The conference focused on the international real estate tax system, real estate assessment, the status quo and development trends of real estate tax in China and other issues, made speeches and seminars.
